3. User Accounts & Google OAuth

You may log in using Google OAuth, which allows us to collect your name and email address from Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any activity under your credentials. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account due to negligence, phishing, or weak security practices.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to Open Stage Performances, including but not limited to text, images, event details, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to Open Stage Performances, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any and all media, including our social media channels, for promotional or marketing purposes related to Open Stage Performances. This includes the right to sublicense this content to third parties assisting in these activities. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license, including all copyright and other intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify and hold Open Stage Performances harmless from any claims or damages (including legal fees) arising from the use of your User Content.

5. Acceptable Use

By using our Service, you agree NOT to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Share misleading or harmful content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform
Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

6. Event Listings and Organizer Responsibility

Open Stage Performances serves as a platform for users to discover and share information about open mic and open jam events. We do not organize, host, or endorse these events.

All information regarding event details, including but not limited to dates, times, locations, entry fees, and specific event rules, is provided by users and event organizers. We do not verify the accuracy or completeness of this information.

Open Stage Performances is not responsible for any issues, cancellations, changes, or disputes related to the events listed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for contacting the event organizers directly with any questions, concerns, or requests regarding specific events.

We encourage users to exercise caution and discretion when attending events listed on the Service and to verify event details with the organizers before attending.

7. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for data loss, security breaches, or any damages arising from the use of the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrations. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or security. You interact with third parties at your own risk.
